近日大陸金融類股漲多後攻勢暫歇，但「中」字頭的央企類股，如中交建、中鐵建等，接棒演出表現搶眼。投信業者指出，主因金磚會議結束後，市場對「一帶一路」的憧憬重新抬頭，加上國企混改的預期仍然存在，央企類股再度得到資金關注。此外，19 大會議即將召開，排除了不確定因素，再加上「金九銀十」旺季，業者預估 A 股這波漲勢甚至有機會延續到隔（ 2018 ）年首季。
國泰投信指出，資金面上，近期美元走弱，人民幣兌美元於昨（ 6 ）日重回上升軌道，在岸人民幣（ CNY ）收市大升 270 個基本點，並一度升破 6.52，中間價則連升 8 日。對此，大陸媒體指出，自 8 月以來，人民幣匯率走勢呈階段性脫鈎「美元錨」，反映人民幣升值的預期，跟隨在岸人民幣匯率升值逐漸強化，年內人民幣兌美元或許仍有升值空間。
而在人民幣走強的預期下，國泰投信基金經理人鄭立誠表示，預期滬深港通北上資金可望加大，有利 A 股上行動能。展望 2018 年，因企業設備更新需求延續、新政治周期及 PPP（ 政府和社會資本合作模式 ）帶動基建增長、製造業溫和去庫存、房市相關消費小降等多空因素交錯，預計大陸經濟仍將保持 6.7% 左右相對高速增長，有利企業獲利成長動能持續，進而帶動 A 股估值回升。
摩根中國 A 股基金經理人吳英瑜也說，大陸進入「金九銀十」旺季，加上業績助陣與資金加持，大陸 A 股不甩國際變數，走勢牛氣沖天，中國基金績效也跟著金光閃閃。上海 A 股自 5 月上旬 3200 點低點反彈，近期突破 3500 點，短線漲幅近 10%，在國際股市中，表現一枝獨秀，帶動相關基金強彈，完勝大盤。
吳英瑜指出，除了傳統旺季利多，中國大陸 19 大會議確定於 10 月 18 日召開，在政策面不確定因素可望加速排除之下，持續替 A 股投資氣氛加溫，目前上證指數已順利突破去年 11 月與今年 4 月的雙頭壓制，指數站穩 3300 點之上，有望進一步向上挑戰 3500 點，且配合第 4 季旺季效應，這波漲勢甚至有機會延續到隔年首季。
行政院「815停電事故行政調查專案小組」22日召開第1次會議，由政務委員吳宏謀擔任召集人，為調查事故原因，已經安排專案小組近期到事故現場進行場勘，在最短時間內完成調查。
行政院表示，本專案小組為任務編組，由吳宏謀擔任召集人，並由國家發展委員會副主任委員曾旭正、行政院經濟能源農業處長廖耀宗、科技部國家實驗研究院副院長吳光鐘擔任委員，總計行政部門代表4位，另邀請具公信力之技師公會及學者專家陳士麟委員、馬小康委員、李華琛委員、楊坤德委員、陳在相委員、陳建富委員及吳文方委員等7位外部委員，總計11位委員組成專案小組。
行政院表示，第1次會議由經濟部、中油公司及台電公司進行事故報告(含事故發生過程、初步自行調查情形及處置)，並提供合約等相關資料供委員審閱，會中委員關心重點包括：真正造成斷氣及停電的原因，是否有標準作業程序（SOP）及現場監督人力與防呆機制等提出質疑。請台電及中油公司提出更多資訊，以利診斷。
行政院指出，為確實了解事故發生原因，已排訂於近期內至事故現場進行勘查，以調查釐清本次事故原因及相關行政責任，俾於最短時間完成調查，並提出改善建議。
